PRINCETON, NJ – The Love and Fidelity Network is pleased to announce that it has a new leader. With full support from the Board of Directors, Mr. Alain Oliver is stepping into the role of Executive Director of the Love and Fidelity Network.

Alain Oliver is a nonprofit veteran. He has led the financial, operational and executive functions of nonprofit organizations with up to 100 employees and $4.5 million dollars in annual revenue. In his previous position, Oliver worked on the social problems that affect maternity, birth, and child development. He joins the Love and Fidelity Network to tackle these problems from a different angle

“Alain brings a valuable combination of experience in non-profit management, finance, and organizational development,” said Lisa O’Brien, Board President. “We are confident that under Alain’s leadership, the Love and Fidelity Network will continue to have a measurable impact on university campuses.”

“He grasps the full vision of our work,” said Founder Cassandra Hough, “and his leadership experience is evident in the ideas he has already put forward for advancing our increasingly-important message in these challenging cultural times.”

“At the foundation of a flourishing society are human relationships, primarily marriage and family,” Oliver said. “When successful, these two things are the greatest source of prevention of many of our social and economic problems. I look forward to leading the Love and Fidelity Network in its efforts to empower college students to live with sexual integrity and help them affect change in their university communities”

Alain holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. Born in Cuba, he is bilingual in English and Spanish, and currently resides locally with his wife and four young children.

The Love and Fidelity Network was established in Princeton, New Jersey in 2007 in response to the inadequate treatment of marriage, family, and sexuality at many colleges and universities, it is the leading national program that promotes marriage and the integrity of sex at the collegiate level. LFN advances the truth about the institution of marriage, the unique role of the intact family, and the value of sexual integrity among college students and in university practices, policies and norms.
